Here at Sharpe Recruitment, we make it our business to know yours – we’ll start by taking the time to really understand your business and what you need from your next recruit before beginning our search.

Finding your ideal candidate

Finding the best person for the job isn’t easy business – but we’ll do all the heavy lifting for you. Once we understand your needs:

  • We’ll scour our candidate database and shortlist those we think will be a good match.
  • We’ll find active candidates by advertising on the usual job boards too.
  • We’ll also search and discover passive talent – people who could be a great fit but aren’t necessarily looking for new opportunities.
  • Once we’ve found closely matching candidates, we’ll go through a screening process to find the best for your business.
  • Then we’ll talk to you, share candidate details and arrange interviews.
  • Once you’ve met the candidates and chosen the right one (or two – that has been known!), we’ll handle the negotiation process to reach an agreement that works for you and candidate.
