Fully Remote
Permanent Full Time
Salary £65K – £70K + Generous Annual Bonus

Our client is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their vibrant team on a full time, fully remote role to drive forward the technical strategy and then assess overall project feasibility and evaluate across all Teams involved.

As Solutions Architect your responsibilities are:
• Manage the Platform Business Analyst team, providing guidance, support and development where required
• Develop and manage resources and process to support new partners in the building and testing of new products
• Understand our partners onboarding requirements and timelines. Organise the training and support functions accordingly while efficiently collaborating with sales, and product teams to ensure new partner on-boarding plans are achieved
• Work with new partners to gather and analyse requirements for product build and test, validate and seek sign-off for requirements both with the partner and internal stakeholders
• Create estimates for analysis, build and test deliverables of projects
• Build new schemes or update existing schemes in line with partner requirements, and within agreed timescales
• Work with stakeholders to support the testing of any new or existing schemes
• Provide clear and concise communication on progress to both internal and external stakeholders
• Escalate any issues/blockers as required together with recommended solutions/alternatives
• Be the primary point of contact for partners for on-boarding-related escalations

As Solutions Architect you will need:
• Previous management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and processes with proven ability to be organised and prioritise
• Excellent Excel skills, with strong working knowledge of formulas and functionalities
• Strong communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking – manage several concurrent projects and prioritise demands and requirements.
• Solid people skills – build effective working relationships internally and with external stakeholders.
• Comfortable understanding high level change requests and breaking them down to their individual parts.
• Self-starter – can manage own workload and continually meet agreed deadlines.
