Graduate ASP.NET C# Web Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a keen computer science graduate to join our Client’s highly successful and dynamic team within their award winning marketing agency in Newcastle. Working as a developer within the Digital department, the work will be varied and challenging providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills.

Job Specification:
The ideal candidate will have completed a BSc in Computer Science (or equivalent) within the last 2 years and must have a good foundation in ASP.NET, C#, as well as knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript; other internet technologies would also be desirable (candidates with experience in programming languages other than C# will also be considered). Website Tester

Job Description: Our Clientbased in Sunderland is migrating to a new hardware platform in April and re-developing much of the systems during this migration. Therefore they require an experienced tester for approximately 3 months to carry out the following tasks:
• Test the website (everything such as links, copy, content, functionality, layout etc. etc.)
• Test new games / Applications (everything such as copy, content, functionality, layout etc. etc.)
• Act as change implementer to ensure the daily changes to legacy production system are replicated and tested on new system
• Document various systems and applications as needed.

Skillset required:
• Website testing experience essential
• Flash client testing desirable (game testing perfect)
• For change aspects of the role, an understanding of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server are required.

Other requirements:
• Must be able to work un-supervised
• Must have very good time management skills
• Must have an exceptional attention to detail.

Lead PHP Web Developer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our Clients web and interactive team in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a real self-starter you will be expected to work alongside their creative team, either as part of large teams, where you will play a key part or as technical lead on smaller teams. There will also be opportunities to get involved in mobile development and expansion of the role into other areas of their organisation.

In order to apply you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in:
• Developing object orientated PHP5 + MySQL in a high-pressure environment.

Main Duties
• Manage Clients spending between £20k and £50k per project

Web Application Developer

Our client is looking for someone to fill a junior development position within their team. The position is open to anyone including recent graduates.
You should have knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, XHTML/CSS, .NET v2+, IIS and development on a Windows platform using Visual Studio, as well as image manipulation ideally using the Adobe Creative Suite.

Whilst a creative flair would help, knowledge of any of the following would be a distinct advantage: Accessibility, SEO, SQL Server 2005+, XML & web services, COM & VB 6, DCOM security & activeX DLLs, JavaScript, classic ASP, social interaction, ecommerce, application security, software design methodologies, system integration, Adobe Flash or Air or Microsoft Silverlight, application optimization and scalability, Windows 2003/2008/Vista/Windows 7, software testing.
