We are looking for a Software Support Manager to be responsible for supporting prospects and customers both in the UK and abroad as they develop into a Global organisation, ensuring
products and services meet their needs. Support will be provided throughout adoption and use of their products to build long term mutually beneficial relationships, thus retaining and developing existing customers and assisting in the acquisition of new customers. The Software Support Manager's role has direct line management responsibility for the Software Support team which comprises of 4 employees.

Measures of the Software Support Manager's Success:

• The ability to deliver and motivate others to deliver first class support to customers whether they be in the UK or elsewhere in the world.
• A shared understanding across the business of the customer’s experiences and requirements.
• Delivering first class support to customers in the UK and internationally.

Software Support Manager's required skills, qualifications and experience:

• A leader, with demonstrable line management experience within a software support environment.
• Ability to identify areas of personal development within the team and support individuals in achieving their personal development, departmental and business goals.
• Is a passionate customer advocate.
• Commitment to putting the customer first and exceeding expectations for both the internal and external customer.
• A focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience of change management and a real understanding of the impact on the people touched by business projects.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and acts positively and pro-actively to make things happen.
• Team player but capable of working on own initiative.
• A capable communicator (verbal, written and presentation) who can clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences including senior management.
• A capable influencer and negotiator.
• The ability to take a forward look when anticipating or considering business problems and events.
• A sound commercial awareness and understanding.
