Senior Digital Account Manager

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience

The Company

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the longest established creative consultancy in the UK if you are keen to demonstrate your passion for the digital world and your understanding of the omnichannel shopper.

Our client is an expert in shopper marketing, branding, packaging design and digital, and they optimise the touchpoints on the path to purchase for some of the world’s best-loved FMCG brands.

There award-winning team is an eclectic mix of over 50 talented creative thinkers, strategists, shopper psychologists, planners and designers in London and the North East.

The Role

This is a predominantly a client-facing role and you will be the primary point of client contact on a day-to-day basis, so excellent organisational skills are vital to keep projects running on time and on budget. It’s also a strategic role, and we’re looking for someone to guide the client and advise optimum solutions.

We also expect you to help consolidate and optimise current digital accounts, whilst working with the rest of the team to explore potential new opportunities to help grow the business.

There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and importantly help career progression.

Travel throughout the UK will be required, dependent on work flow, but at least once a month.

About you

As Senior Digital Account Manager you will need an in-depth understanding of digital marketing & the ability to add value at every level by proposing solutions to meet the client’s objectives. This includes web technologies, online campaigns, eCommerce, landing pages, email, search, PPC, video, imedia, web design
and UX.

A finger on the pulse of an ever-changing digital environment, plus a thorough understanding of how to meet the omnichannel shopper’s expectations.

Degree level preferably and ideally up to level 6/7 in Marketing

Proven track record in managing and developing clients and a commercial mind-set.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently, be resourceful and use your initiative.

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to form and develop effective and mutually beneficial business relationships, both internally and externally.

Thrive on working in a fast-paced and demanding but collaborative environment.
