With 5 year's experience managing Client Services in the digital industry and over 5 year's in the recruitment industry Laura set Sharpe Recruitment up in April 2009 and has been breathing fresh air into the world of job hunting and recruiting ever since!

Coming from a digital creative agency and marketing background with over 10 years of sales and business experience, Laura is ‘Turning Recruitment On its Head’ throughout the North East.    Laura’s friendly, approachable manner is backed with years of employment experience, where she has gained invaluable skills in recruitment, career progression and client care, and her work adopts a mainly consultative approach.

We offer an outsourced Personnel Service for just 10% of the Candidate's salary, where we will source suitable Candidates, quantify their suitability by meeting with them or carrying out telephone interviews before arranging interviews for your chosen Candidates.

Stacey has 15 years of valuable experience starting out in a design agency she has a clear understanding of the creative and digital Industry and genuinely cares when helping clients and candidates find the right fit for the right job. “It’s so great to be back working with Laura after starting a family, especially as I will be focussing on the creative and digital side". In addition to our outsourced Personnel Service for permanent recruitment, we do all of the above for contract roles too. Our contract fees are £400 per month, which enables you to employ the contractor on a direct basis, giving you more control and the ability to negotiate rates with your contractor directly.
